Svømmeklubben H2Odense og Swim Team Odense (STO) inviterer til tre dage fyldt med fart, spænding og svømmeglæde, når vi igen byder velkommen til HCA Swim Cup – 21. udgave af vores traditionsrige langbanestævne.
HCA Swim Cup er en unik mulighed for børne-, årgangs-, junior- og seniorsvømmere til at teste formen, finpudse løbsstrategier og jagte kravtider frem mod sommerens mesterskaber – i en atmosfære, hvor konkurrencer i topklasse møder eventyr, fællesskab og feststemning.

Overnatning tilbydes fra fredag til søndag på Rosengårdskolen, inklusiv morgenmad. Deltagere indkvarteres i klasselokaler eller små gymnastiksale og skal selv medbringe soveudstyr.
Mulighed for at bestille frokost, aftensmad og madpakker til søndag aften (kræver forhåndsbestilling). Måltiderne serveres på Rosengårdskolen, tæt på svømmearenaen.
Gratis kaffe og te til holdledere og trænere.
Officials får gratis frokost lørdag og søndag.

- Kontante præmier** til top 3 svømmere i Gruppe 1 og 2 (både herrer og damer), baseret på de samlede WA-point (FINA) fra 4 løb.

- Da stævnet afvikles uden tidtagere, skal alle officials som minimum have Officialgrunduddannelsen (modul 2).
- Klubber skal stille med et antal officials afhængig af antal tilmeldte svømmere:
- 1-9 svømmere: 1 official
- 10-19 svømmere: 2 officials
- 20-29 svømmere: 3 officials
- 30-39 svømmere: 4 officials
- 40-49 svømmere: 5 officials
- Osv.
- Klubber, der ikke stiller med det nødvendige antal officials, vil blive opkrævet et gebyr på 800 DKK pr. manglende official pr. dag.
- Officials får gratis frokost lørdag og søndag.
- Ved tilmelding bedes klubber angive navn, klub og modulniveau på hver official.

HCA Swim Cup is a unique opportunity for children, age group, junior, and senior swimmers to test their form, fine-tune race strategies, and chase standards for the summer championships – all in an atmosphere where top-class racing meets adventure, community, and celebration.

Accommodation available from Friday to Sunday at Rosengårdskolen, including breakfast (first-come, first-served basis). Participants will be housed in classrooms or small gymnasiums and must bring their own sleeping equipment.
Meal options include lunch, dinner, and Sunday evening packed meals (pre-order required). Meals are served at Rosengårdskolen, close to the swimming venue.
Free coffee and tea for team leaders and coaches.
Officials receive free lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

- Cash prizes for the top 3 female and male swimmers in Groups 1 & 2, based on the total WA (FINA) points from 4 events.
- Medals awarded to the top 3 swimmers in all age groups.

Since the meet runs without manual timekeepers, all officials must hold at least the Basic Officials Education (Module 2).
Clubs must provide officials depending on the number of entered swimmers:

- Officials receive free lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
- When registering, clubs must provide the name, club, and qualification level of each official.
